• There was no smell, the room and the bathroom were clean.
• ) The citrus mint soap they feature in the bathrooms was very nice and housekeeping replaced the bars with fresh soap daily.

• Why we loved this hotel: Early check in without any hassle ( got there at 11am), kids eat free, valet attendants very professional and attentive, staff very friendly, manager opened her office up to my girlfriend so she could print her boarding passes ( their hotel business center with 2 computers didn't have working printers), tons of pillows on the beds, decent size bathroom, microwave available on lower floor for guests to use if needed, let us have a later check out ( only till 1230 but it was helpful), also we brought our lugguage down and they put in car for us while we went to the Aquarium--cost for parking at hotel is $20--I heard the valet tell another guest that it is only $5.00 across the street but not covered or secured.

• I had a room on one of the upper floors which is better for the view, I guess, but I found it VERY CLAUSTROPHOBIC because I couldn't open any windows and there was no good ventilation system so this was my main peeve.
• Views were relatively poor--11 floors is a short hotel in that neighborhood.
