• The shuttle driver was friendly, helpful and conscientious, the drive to the hotel was exactly 10 minutes as advised, the night staff (David, I believe) prompt and pleasant, and the suite - well the suite was nicer than expected.

• Hang in there, the Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Airport will have plush mattresses 'hopefully' by January 2012.
