The rooms were very clean.
And, as a Starwood Preferred Guest Gold member, you get 'upgraded' to a dumpy room on the ground floor facing the parking lot (room #150).

The desk chair was well worn and one could easily fall over if you leaned too far back, The security lock on the door was bent and non-functioning while the tub was super-slow in draining.
The room was comfortable, large tub, coffee maker in the room.

I think the bathroom or sewer smell like they put alot of chemical in the pipe or sewer pipe smell bad in the bath room , make me feel like a lot of germ in the room, swimming pool cold, no conditioner in the room, they try to reduce the budget , i think.
the bathroom was the biggest disappointment but it was no biggie.

Handles are missing from the nightstands and dresser drawers, the carpeting is tearing, light bulbs are often burned out, the bathtub/showers are very old and stained with very loose shower heads, patio screen doors-if they are there, will not open before falling off the tracks, the sliding glass door to the ground level pool area is very difficult to open, and the sliding door to the bathroom comes off the track when trying to open it-all very dissapointing.
The shower was clogged and overheard others complain about the same.
