• The free breakfast was great and everything in the room was working and the room was clean.

• The location of the hotel was very good and it was convenient for us, but the room was not ready when we checked in and the person at the counter was not very friendly and seemed annoyed when I pressed her to tell me when it would be, and then when I asked for a ground level room that seemed to cause further frustration.
