The only reason for the lower rating is the noise from active trains in some rooms.
We were disappointed when we arrived in our room.

Shower is dreadful, spits out the head and bath tap at the same time.
Even the team members that stayed in the train cars were complaining about room size, hard beds, noise (train whistles) and shower height.

Pool hours are 9AM - 10PM, so if you plan to be sleeping during those hours, you may want to avoid the pool-view rooms.
Our room was average, nothing special, with a view of an ugly lot despite asking for a nicer room for a special anniversary.

Dirty floors in the bathroom, towels with ragged edges.
The interior is very shabby, carpet worn, bathrooms from the 80`s or so, bu the beds are nice.
