• The city views rooms (which is what we had) were no remarkable, they overlook the roof of the mall, which is quite ugly.

• We had plans to stay at the Hyatt Regency for a romantic night away but after viewing 3 disgusting dirty rooms there including there nicest room we got our money back and started looking around.

Bathroom Traveler Insight - Bathroom issues

• Bathroom was dirty when we arrived(dirt and hair on the floor behind the door and toilet had not been cleaned under the seat), no exhaust fans.

• The bathroom was tiny and very dated in appearance.
