3. The bed is comfortable, the bathtub has been repainted with bathtub refinisher and is showing signs that it really should just be replaced, the toilets are new, and the room is clean.

4. The room I stayed in seems to have been completely renovated recently and it is very nice and was very big but it does have that new construction smell with the carpet and the drywall.
