2. Ok, so the exterior of the hotel looks outdated, but who cares? The interior appears to have been recently updated (within the last 5 years or so) and it's very clean.

3. I checked trip advisor and based on those reviews I can concur this is an average hotel that could be better if some additional time and care were added to the property.
