1. Only problem is the music rehersal space below the building thats noisy till late at night.

4. If the new management chooses to update the building and fix the mildew problem in the bathroom, it would be really good value for the money.

5. )- free WiFiCons:- not handicap-accessible- the building is very old and run-down- the whole building smells old and musty- the bathrooms on the first floor between room 116 and 117 are a little mildewy, so if you have respiratory problems, find some other place to stay.

6. The staff is basically non-existent but given that their only functions are to check you in, take your payment, and contact if you have a problem with the room, it didn't seem to matter much to me.

7. And that's another problem: you must check in at another hotel two blocks away (uphill and down) -- so to change my room to the quieter 'second floor' I'll need to haul my luggage down three flights of stairs, two blocks (uphill), and then back again two blocks, and up five flights of stairs.
