1. I would, however, caution you when working with the conceirge service, as we were often given poor, if not altogether wrong, information regarding the locations of various attractions within the city.

4. That being said, they did try to make our stay comfortable (rate reduced, breakfast offered for day that room service didn't show up in time one morning & we had to leave), but it surely started our short 4 day visit off on the wrong foot.
