3. The location of the place is very convenient, the cost of the rooms is very reasonable, the fact you get a microwave and fridge and free WiFi all adds up.

4. The lows of the place are not so comfy beds; the continental breakfast is a joke (9 Bear Claws and a 6 pack of Sunny D which are not refilled), the overall cleanliness of the carpet / room.
