1. I was asking one of the Conchs living nearby about the pier being closed at night and he told me there had been a robbery once, and they decided to close the pier after 11:00 pm sometime between the summers of '94 and '95.

7. Yeah, it is usually cheaper than some of the other places in Key West but seriously, it's not worth saving 20 bucks a night to feel uncomfortable and grossed-out in your own room.
