1. Only issue was the tub did not drain well so after a couple people took a shower it became a bath.

2. two queen beds with a bath vanity on one end and on the other end was a corner couch (think 2-piece sectional sofa), a desk area and a wet bar area complete with mini frige.

3. Two things I found lacking was no microwave (important when you are travelling with children) and the shower curtain liner was dirty and hung too low in the bath tub.
