Access to the rooms in the elevators needs a room key to be inserted, obviously a security measure, I did encounter a large group of Portuguese visitors who had arrived late one evening for an overnight pre- cruise stay, they were not able to master the elevator and seemed to be riding up and down whilst trying to exit on their desired floors.

The Good:- spacious room and bathroom with separate toilet, shower and lots of towels; large closet; complimentary water bottles and fruits upon in room upon arrival- great bayside view from the room that I had; enjoyed the sunrise and sunset every day directly from the room- tasteful modern hotel- nice pool area with various style of lounging chairs, complimentary magazines and water- excellent food at both restaurants (Area 31 and Zuma)- your own goldfish in the room to keep you company- overall friendly staff throughout the hotel and follow-up to minor complaints (see below regarding movie and waterbottles)- little extras such as coffee/tea offered in the morning and wine between 17:00-18:00.

12. The rooms are fantastic, large and clean and they have a cut out in the bathroom wall to the bedroom so that you can soak in the bath and watch TV at the same time, so cool.

33. This is what I did and enjoyed a great room, with large baclony, overlooking Miami harbour and at small surcharge well worth the extra.

34. Stayed at this hotel pre and post cruise November 2009 and could not have wished for anything better, the rooms were spacious and very clean we had a fab bathroom with twin sinks a large walk in shower with a bath tub.

40. The rooms are gorgeous, large, wonderful beds, heavenly huge bathroom with 'window' to the room, fab balcony, lovely helpful staff, proper tea making facilities in room - as requested in advance as, being a Brit, I can't get up without a cup of English Breakfast - stunning pools.
